Defective or Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@atelisstudios.com with a detailed description of the issue, your order number, images of the defect, and your shipping label. We will do everything we can to make it right.
